skills and traditional recipes to create delicious food whatever the occasion. Lox Catering grew
out of our flagship establishment in response to your requests for our style of food and service
in your homes or at various venues around Sydney.

Our team of chefs and event staff have over 20 years’ experience in Sydney and overseas,
catering for intimate functions to large scale events. Our style is abundant, generous and
authentic and we focus on using the best local produce we can get our hands on.

It is a passion for food and commitment to excellence that is making Sassy Chef Catering one of the fastest moving caterers to hit Sydney’s eastern beaches in recent years. Sassy Chef owner and executive chef Sarah Jackson has a 25-year strong background in catering and has worked, travelled, and taught her passion for food around the world.

Originally from New Zealand where he headed up several restaurants, award-winning Chef, Darren Elmes (Chef Daz) took up residence in Sydney in 2002 and opened the renowned Wildfire at Circular Quay before moving onto open The Eastern Hotel in Bondi Junction. In 2005 Chef Daz moved to Bondi’s Hotel Ravesis before starting his own catering company, Wonderful Cuisine Catering in 2017.

Founded by lifelong friends, Dena Miller and Minette Lee Warden, Kosherlicious is considered one of Sydney’s premium kosher caterers. Continuing to grow in scale and innovation, and never wavering on quality and service, Kosherlicious brings their culinary expertise to Kosher Sydney by offering a fully-serviced catering company, serving seasonally inspired, contemporary kosher foods with a global influence.

Porch & Parlour started as an idea between mates in 2010. Combining good food and coffee with art, music and people.
