Spread across the entire top floor, the rooftop boasts panoramic views up and down Australia’s most iconic beach. The rooftop caters to functions, both large and small; working beautifully for weddings, cocktail parties, product launches, corporate days, long lunches and dinners plus bar/bat mitzvahs.
It is important to note that The Clubhouse does not host children’s birthdays, 16th, 18th, 21st birthday parties or school formals.
The rooftop was designed with a flexible floor plan of 340sqm in mind, creating 3 separate yet connected spaces. This flexibility gives you the option to split the rooms into 2, with our U shaped terrace (75sqm) allowing for separation of the Ben Buckler side (150sqm) or the south side of the room, also known as Legends side (115sqm). We have capability of separating these spaces.
The entire rooftop is available for hire – including the outdoor terrace area. Once you have hired the space, it is totally your choice as to how you setup and style the room. This hire price gives you access from 7am until 6pm OR 5.00pm – midnight (last drinks at 11.30pm). If you wish to secure it earlier for setup then you can pay an additional charge and you can gain access from 7am.

Event Audio Visual Requirements
The Clubhouse is renowned for its start of the art AV system. The AV equipment included in the Room Hire are 2 x Cordless Microphones and 1 x Ipod/Smart Phone Cable + Internal Speakers. This will allow you to play your desired music throughout the whole of the level and out on the balcony. However, you may also choose to use the Wi-Fi, DVD players, TVS, screen and/or projector, where this is an additional cost.
You are welcome to have a DJ/band and The Clubhouse has some great contacts for you to arrange this otherwise you’re welcome to provide your own.
The Clubhouse furniture (white) is included in the room hire, offering tall round cocktail tables, bar chairs with backs, small square tables, small white chairs, rectangle tables and a white lounge ottoman (extra charge). Clients are welcomed to style the internal of level 2 with signage, greenery and flowers, their own furniture or any other props that you like. There are however restrictions to wall/window decals – to be discussed on an individual basis.
If you require large round tables for sit down dinner / lunch style we do not have these on site however we can provide contacts for you to arrange this otherwise you are welcome to arrange this yourself.
The Clubhouse also offer beverage packages or on consumption options for you to purchase.
Beverage Package: Guests may select either the Bronze, Silver or Gold beverage package which includes a perfect selection of wine and beer and is inclusive of 1 bar Manager (see downloadable PDF for more information).
On Consumption: A very popular option for those who prefer to select their own beer and wine from our pristine wine list.
Any additional service staff for food or beverage is an added expense. It is important to note that all beverage must go through The Clubhouse, due to licensing restrictions.
You have the option to choose from our preferred caterer ‘Katering’ who are renowned for their amazing food and service. The Clubhouse will place you in contact with them to discuss your catering needs, if you choose to use them there is no additional charge and you liaise directly with them. In the event that you do not wish to use our preferred caterers, you are more than welcome to bring in your own, however there is a kitchen usage fee of $500.
The Clubhouse requires you to have security for the duration of your function, with 1 guard per 100 people at an additional cost of which The Clubhouse will arrange.
